Hiring Process

Step 1: Apply through Greenhouse

You’ll hear from us within two weeks. No matter what.

Step 2: Talk to a recruiter

A call with a recruiter, to check that what you want and what this is are the same thing.

Step 3: Meet the team

Two to four interviews of about an hour, in Utrecht or over Zoom. You’ll meet the people you’d actually work with, not only managers.

Step 4: Decision and screening

An offer, then background screening. We run financial infrastructure, so we screen everyone. No exceptions, nothing personal.
