FAQ

A check is counted every time you submit a request to verify an IBAN and name combination, whether that request comes through the Portal, or a file upload. Each individual account you verify counts as one check, regardless of the channel you use.

This means:
• A single check via the Portal counts as 1 check.
• Each account verified within a file upload also counts as 1 check: so a file with 500 accounts counts as 500 checks, not as 1.

If you run more checks than agreed in your contract, you're automatically moved up to the next bundle, no action needed on your end. Your next invoice will simply reflect your new bundle. If you exceed the contracted number of checks under Insight Starter, you're automatically upgraded to Insight Pro. If you exceed the contracted number of checks under Insight Pro, you're upgraded to a higher bundle for every 2,000 checks of overage.

Good to know: within a file check, each individual check counts as one check toward your total annual check volume.

Upgrading happens automatically once you exceed the included volume: Where Customer exceeds the included amount of checks, users and/or file checks in their chosen subscription, Customer will automatically be upgraded to the next subscription level. Should the next subscription level be the "Insight Pro" level, Customer is required to enter into a separate agreement with SurePay prior to receiving the "Insight Pro" level benefits.

Unused checks don't carry over to the next contract year.

The number of colleagues who can collaborate within one environment is capped by default. With the Insight Starter plan, up to 5 users can work together. With Insight Pro, that's 10 users.
